Refund Policy
If you must cancel, notify Joy and Success International (JASI) at least 3 days prior to the class and you will receive a credit, (less a $10-dollar cancellation fee.)  Credit can be applied to another JASI event within six months of the date of issue.  Refunds will be given only in the unlikely event that JASI cancels a course or is unable to offer a substantially similar one at no additional cost to you.  A check will be mailed to you, no refunds will be made directly to credit card accounts.  No refunds will be issued for courses that are postponed because of inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control. There is a $10 fee to transfer between events.  All credit requests must be made in writing and sent to barbara@joyandsuccess.com.
